Payment Policy

To combat the rising tide of fraud we require the 3-digit security number on the back of your credit card and a valid phone number for all credit card orders. Any person(s) attempting to make fraudulent orders will be referred to the proper authorities.

Shipping Policy

Orders over $250 are eligible for FREE shipping, all other items are shipped via USPS or FedEx. FREE shipping is via standard USPS service and is only available in the 48 Continental US States. Most jewelry items ship in a black  gift box. 

The shipping information listed in the product description is the time in business days it takes to process your order and package the product(s). Note that special orders will take additional time before they ship, typically 6-8 days from receipt of payment. Also orders paid for by check will not be shipped until the check has cleared (up to 6 business days). Business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Once shipped your delivery time will depend on the shipping service you have chosen. 

With the exception of Canada, we strongly suggest using FedEx or UPS for countries outside the United States.  We have had several issues with packages not arriving to there destination using regular post and tracking is near impossible.

Orders using USPS usually take 5 business days from the day your package leaves our facility. Orders shipped via FedEx will be delivered according to the specific delivery method you selected at checkout. 

All orders MUST be made with a street address and we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We ship to anywhere in the world including APO.

Return Policy

We accept returns of any standard item in its original package within 30-days from the date of shipment. Custom items, customized items,  and special orders are NON-returnable.  Special orders include items not listed on website but ordered for you. Returns must include a copy of the original invoice. Exceptions to our return policy include items that have been damaged, altered, or customized by customer such as engraving and sizing. Shipping charges for returns are non-refundable and returned items shipped free will be refunded or credited minus the regular shipping costs. Loose diamonds and gemstones can be returned, undamaged, within 30-days for 80% of the original purchase price.   

Credits & Refunds

Once your package is received it is processed in the order it was received.  Your credit will be issued back to your original method of payment less original shipping charges.  If your item was shipped free as part of our free shipping incentive, those original shipping charges will be deducted from your credit or refund.  Credit card orders please allow 1-2 billing statements for your credit to appear.

Warranty Information

All items, with the except of altered or customized items, are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship or materials for one (1) year from the date of purchase. 

This warranty does not cover everyday wear and tear or any damage caused by the user. The warranty is limited to repair of the item or replacement with the exact same item at the discretion of GraciousRose.com. In the event that an item is no longer available we will replace it with a comparable item. All returns and/or exchanges MUST be accompanied by your original invoice. Please insure all return shipments;  GraciousRose is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipment to us. Work performed on an item by a third-party automatically voids the warranty.  Warranty is NOT an insurance policy and customers are advised to maintain insurance against loss or damage to items not covered by the warranty. Contact us for return authorization and return instructions.

Lifetime Guarantee Collection:  

Our Lifetime Guarantee covers karat gold jewelry that is listed as part of our Lifetime Guarantee collection owned by the consumer, which has been accidentally broken, damaged or is defective. We will replace the returned product with the same product, unless that product is no longer available. If the same product is no longer available, we will substitute a product, selected by us of similar design and value or, at the customer's request, send back the returned piece to the customer. Merchandise returned for replacement under the Lifetime Guarantee program can only be exchanged for the same or replacement merchandise and not for outright cash. We reserve the right to investigate any claim(s) of jewelry that does not comply with the Lifetime Guarantee collection return policy.
